 The true story of the most frustrating manhunt in Canada. Clifford Olson, Canada’s most notorious serial killer, was considered the principle suspect by two young RCMP officers each separately investigating murders. He could and should have been captured early in his crime spree. But because of legal red tape, bureaucratic bungling and human ego, Olson was allowed to run free and rape and murder until he was finally arrested and imprisoned much later.
