Television Movie, 105 minutes.

She demanded justice. She got a trial.

The Many Trials of Jane Doe is based on the true story of an extraordinary woman who, after a traumatizing rape, refuses to become a victim. Jane Doe (as she legally must be called) discovers that she was the fifth victim of a serial rapist that the police knew was operating in the 2-block area where she lived. Outraged, she sues the police for negligence in a criminal investigation. Her legal battle is ultimately successful - and makes legal history.
